Debbie Page, Construction Project Manager

Debbie Page takes time to ease residents of occupied rehab projects through the construction process, bringing a human-centered approach to her work. As construction project manager for HDC, Debbie manages collaborative processes to foster relationship building and to assure projects proceed from design to completion in alignment with her clients’ timing, budgetary, and programmatic goals. Debbie brings to her work more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including extensive experience managing development of affordable housing. Prior to joining HDC in 2018, Debbie worked for six years as construction project manager for King County Housing Authority, where she supervised and directed construction and renovation of public housing serving residents in communities throughout the Seattle metro area. Previously, with the Urban League of Seattle, Debbie managed a program that provided business development assistance to minority-owned and women-owned construction firms. She has also worked with private construction firms to assist management of large-scale commercial and cultural facility construction projects. Debbie has a Bachelor of Science in construction management from the University of Washington and has completed additional training in areas such as green building, erosion and sediment control, and lean management practices.
