Meredith Bowie, Director of Finance & Operations
A certified nonprofit accounting professional (CNAP), Meredith Bowie oversees finances, human resources, and legal and regulatory compliance for HDC and serves as fiscal manager for HDC Community Fund, HDC’s affiliated loan fund. A member of HDC’s management team, Meredith plays a leadership role in business planning, budgeting, governance, and administration; she also manages staff responsible for administrative support, IT, and communications. Prior to joining HDC in 2016, Meredith served for six years as director of finance and operations for the Monterey Museum of Art. Meredith obtained her CNAP certification in 2014 and has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of California, Santa Cruz.
