A big shout-out to HDC Construction Project Manager Debbie Page, who earned a Star Player award at the 2025 Housing Oregon Industry Support Conference and Gala on September 15! The award recognizes individuals who made outstanding contributions working within Housing Oregon member organizations during the previous year.

Whether that's a property acquisition, assisting HDC's asset management and clients of HDC’s Housing Equity and Capacity Building Strategy (HECBS) program, wrangling a project that seemed like a swim downriver but turned out to be a waterfall, and more. She's done all of this with enthusiasm, leaning into what's sometimes unknown or uncomfortable, with an open mind, and certainly when projects were anything but predictable.”
