Hooray for HDC Associate Asset Management Project Manager Maryam Alshaiji Hill—whose outstanding contributions to our industry during the past year earned her a Star Player award at the Housing Oregon Conference and Gala on September 28!
“Maryam joined HDC just over a year ago as the top candidate from a pool of nearly 100 applicants — and she has exceeded every expectation from the start,” Director of Asset Management Kimberly Taylor wrote in her award nomination for Maryam. “As the primary contact and claims processing manager for the tri-county RLRA and Portland Housing Bureau risk mitigation programs, Maryam has not only mastered a complex responsibility but has actively improved program efficiency along the way.
“Landlord incentive programs deliver meaningful outcomes for residents at risk of homelessness, and Maryam's dedication ensures they run at their best,” Kimberly continued. “A trusted resource for HDC’s entire Asset Management team, she approaches every challenge with enthusiasm. HDC simply couldn't do what it does without her.”
Thank you, Maryam, for your exceptional contributions to HDC and to the housing providers who use the RLRA and PHB risk mitigation programs. Congratulations on your well-deserved award!
