HDC welcomes Holly Benelli as Senior Asset Management Project Manager!

HDC is thrilled to announce that Holly Benelli has joined our asset management team! A familiar face at HDC, Holly brings broad-based experience and an owner’s perspective to her new role as a consultant and trainer. She started her affordable housing career as a resident services specialist at Our Just Future, transitioning into asset management and going on to serve as the agency’s asset management director and assistant housing director. Holly worked most recently as a senior asset manager with Community Development Partners. Her depth of expertise, mission-driven mindset, and collaborative problem-solving approach are an excellent fit for our team, at a time when demand for HDC’s asset management services is higher than ever.
